Job Description:

• Welcome prospects and clients, respond to their inquiries, and provide clear information on products, services, pricing, and conditions.
• Collect and input client information to assess profiles, eligibility, and needs using appropriate systems.
• Open new client accounts and ensure accurate data entry into core banking systems.
• Process client transactions such as account openings, service subscriptions, fund transfers, ATM card/chequebook issuance, etc.
• Record loan applications and explain the next steps and required documentation.
• Prepare loan disbursement files and conduct pre-disbursement interviews with clients.
• Log and escalate client complaints as per the bank’s procedure.
• Maintain organized and compliant records by classifying and archiving client files as per internal archiving policies.
• Uphold principles of Fair Trade and Customer Protection through transparency, trust, fairness, and accountability.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a welcoming environment, offering product guidance, and maintaining high service standards.

• Financial Management: Monitor and manage branch expenses to meet financial targets.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to optimize branch operations and efficiency.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate reports to various departments, including MIS reports.
